On Tuesday, October 17th, between the hours of 8 and 10 pm, a heinous crime was commited. One that can never be forgiven, and should never be forgotten. As you already know, a suitcase containing all of my clothes was stolen. A very special item of clothing was taken from me; one that has been with me for at least 15 months, a time period where some very exciting things have happened to me, and may not have happened if it weren’t for this item….yes, I’m talking about my red t-shirt. Now some of you may say that it is just was shirt, and I happened to wear it a lot. Some may say that I am lazy and don’t do my laundry enough. Some may even say that it was not a nice shirt at all, and it’s good that it is gone. I’m sure there’s probably even some crazy crackhead out there who is talking about how comfortable it is, even though the neck line is a bit stretched out. Whatever your opinion is, please put it aside, and come together as we look back at one of the greatest items of clothing to ever exist…..one that was purchased at an Anchor Blue store in a shopping mall in Northridge, California…my red t-shirt.
Harrah’s Casino - Reno, Nevada. September 18ish, 2005
These are the first known photographs of myself wearing the red t-shirt. My first road gig ever! Reno Improv. What a grand time it was. This red t-shirt got to perform in the Sammy Davis Jr. Showroom, and hang out in his old dressing room!! (It however did not shave or take a shower in Sammy’s old bathroom, as it does not want to be associated with Marc Price).

Harrah’s Casino - Las Vegas, Nevada. September 23ish, 2005
This photograph was taken just a week after Reno. Boy was this t-shirt busy!! Here it is pretending to be in front of an audience for a generic/hacky pose. He got to share the stage with some cool people too!

Improv - Hollywood, California. December 2, 2005
One of the greatest moments in a t-shirt’s life. The chance to be in a photo with Bob Saget! Words cannot express how wonderful an experience this was. Notice how smart the t-shirt is, making sure my eyes matched its color!!
Just For Laughs Comedy Festival - Montreal, Quebec, Canada. July 18-23
One of the greatest experiences of my life and the red t-shirt’s existence. This t-shirt was one of 22 t-shirts across the globe that appeared in the “New Faces” showcase. During the week, it was there while taylor spent time with some old pals, made some new friends, and even got to appear in a photograph with one of his favorite comedians, Todd Barry!

Headshot
Throughout my tear-filled conversations with loved ones over the loss of my red t-shirt, I have been reminded that its legacy will be with us forever, thanks to it being a part of the greatest headshot of all time. Was it a coincidence that I decided to wear the same t-shirt I wore 3 times a week during my photoshoot, or was it fate? Only God knows. And if you are still unsure about the coolness of this red t-shirt, just look at how askew it is. This may have been a mistake on my part, but the t-shirt knew what it was doing. If I had done it on purpose, it would have been lame. But I did not, and it is terrific.
While every moment of its existence could not be photographically documented, what we have here is enough to show how special it really was to the world. R.I.P. Red T-shirt. You will be missed, but never forgotten….well, at least until I get a new headshot.
